Why did you decide to become a mindset coach?
It all began in 2018 when I was in a very challenging situation that made me question everything around me. One book in particular, “The Power of the Subconscious Mind,” inspired me to carefully observe my thoughts, question every belief, and understand how mindset plays the most important role in creating our reality. I started my journey of learning about myself and growing both personally and professionally. You can read my story here.
I was my first client, and I continue to coach myself everyday. I experimented with various concepts, applied them to my life, and witnessed amazing results. Having coached myself through these various stages, I unknowingly started coaching people around me, both personally and professionally. When did my passion turn into purpose, I have no clue. Therefore, pursuing it full time became an obvious choice.

What is your personal philosophy as a coach?
I used to feel weighed down by my mental blocks, and since I began to rewire my mind, I have experienced a remarkable transformation. Therefore, I firmly believe that if following this process led to such a change in me, anyone can change, as this process is available to everyone regardless of their background or what they have been through.

I am an Entrepreneur, why should I choose you as my mindset coach?
As a second-time entrepreneur, I must admit my first time was more about avoiding the “freelancer” label. It was a small digital marketing agency in a tier 2 city in India but what started as ‘just do something to make some money’ turned into a 10-client and 4-person operation.
That level of entrepreneurship/freelancing taught me how to hire people with instinct, onboard + retain clients, manage expenses for myself and my team and most importantly, how to make a difference in a geography where no one ever understood what digital marketing really is, 8 years back.
This time, when I write to you, is my second attempt at entrepreneurship where I feel much more confident, much more nuanced and prepared to take the plunge. However, I would also like to highlight that between the two entrepreneurial stints, I also had the opportunity to swim through two full-time very-serious big-ticket corporate stints, which I had thought was my departure from entrepreneurship.

What is unique about your coaching process?
My coaching process follows a series of five 60-minute sessions with tested tools and techniques. These are brought to you not as theoretical lectures but as fun, life-altering conversations, much like those deep chats you have with close friends over coffee. You’ll be left scratching your head and questioning why you think certain thoughts while having fun learning about yourself. You’ll learn to not take life so seriously, and feel more at ease and peaceful with life.

What is the difference between a mindset coach and a therapist?
A mindset coach helps people improve their thinking patterns and goals, it is like navigating through traffic with Google Maps, helping you find the best route to your destination. A therapist, on the other hand, is like a skilled surgeon who can diagnose and treat mental health conditions, addressing deep-rooted issues that mindset coaches typically do not.

What can I expect to achieve by the end of our collaboration?
With the use of the suggested tools and techniques during those 5 weeks, you will experience a positive shift in yourself. You will witness a gradual change in the environment around you as things start turning around in your favor. This will lead to development of a more content and peaceful perspective towards life, allowing you to validate for yourself that mindset stands at the epicenter of our wellbeing. Even if you fall out of practice after the completion of the 5 week program, you will still know exactly how to bounce back to the concepts once learned.

What has been your professional experience before you chose this path?
I have a total of 10 years of work experience in Brand Communications and Marketing. While I have always been identified as a seasoned professional, my career track has propelled tremendous growth in terms of frequent promotions in the last 5 years since the time I have committed to self development.
One of my most notable achievements was serving as the Social Media Head for Incredible India, India’s International Tourism Campaign. Within just 10 months, we transformed it into the most followed travel page on social media, achieving numerous record-breaking milestones.

How many coaching programs do you offer?
There are three coaching programs:
1. Mindset Simplified for entrepreneurs: Personal Coaching Program - A 5-week program designed to help you cultivate a positive mindset. Profound transformation can take anywhere from months to years to a lifetime. In this program, we look at rewiring your thoughts as a starting point. In five weeks, you will gain awareness using the tools and techniques from the program and notice everything that goes through your mind.
2. Single Coaching Sessions - 60-minute sessions designed to address specific issues.
The single sessions are for those looking to gain instant clarity for specific or targeted issues, and for those who are unclear about whether coaching is for them. It’s like taking a quick detour to explore a fascinating market street—you get a taste of what’s possible without a long-term commitment. -
What does your coaching process/approach look like?
For my most selling coaching program 'Mindset Simplified for entrepreneurs, I follow a special 5-Step approach carefully designed by me:
Week 1: Building Awareness — Gain Control Over Entrepreneurial Stress
How? Using thought-monitoring techniques like ‘Bring Back Focus,’ I’ll help you become acutely aware of your thought patterns, drawing your attention towards unproductive thoughts that use up your mental space.
Outcome: You’ll develop awareness of the thoughts that lift you up (resilience) and those that drag you down (self-doubt), allowing you to maintain clarity in decision-making and during uncertainty.
Week 2: Refining Your Thoughts — Improve Strategic Thinking
How? You’ll learn how to filter out unproductive, negative thoughts and hone in on the ones that drive your entrepreneurial vision and free up mental space for innovative thinking.
Outcome: You’ll start to notice how millions of limiting beliefs reside in you without your permission. As you filter these out, you’ll create more room for confidence, creativity, and clarity to sneak in.Week 3: Aligning Thoughts and Emotions — Master Emotional Intelligence
How? We’ll explore your emotional guidance system, helping you understand how emotions can support your entrepreneurial instincts and decision-making.
Outcome: This is my most favourite part. After completing this step, you will start noticing the power of negative emotions and learn to channel them to your advantage.Week 4: Accelerating Positive Momentum — Scale Your Vision
How? By now, you’ll have mastered the ability to focus only on thoughts that fuel your desired outcomes, whether it’s scaling your business, launching new products, or solving complex challenges.
Outcome: You’ll feel a shift in your energy as your mindset aligns with your goals. You’ll attract resources, opportunities, and collaborations that support your business growth.Week 5: Achieving Constant Blissfulness — Maintain Long-Term Entrepreneurial Resilience
How? You’ll learn how to maintain a sustainable mental and emotional state that keeps you grounded, resilient, and calm, no matter what challenges come your way.
Outcome: By mastering this step, you’ll experience a deep sense of balance and peace, even in the face of chaos. You’ll stay motivated and connected to your mission without burning out. -
What additional work or preparation will you require from me between sessions?
I recommend coming to our sessions prepared with specific areas where you need support. Prior to our meetings, I will email you guidelines on how to prepare. This will allow us to maximize our time together and achieve the best possible outcomes. Think of it as packing essentials before a long journey, ensuring you have everything you need to make the trip worthwhile. This preparation involves monitoring and analyzing your thoughts and applying the techniques we discuss to see how they work for you.
